Confident students enjoy being in the center of attention, so you can offer them roles of a chairman or the captain of the team. Ask shy students to work in pair
Make the troublemakers responsible for parts of class routine and procedures. For example, make a hyperactive student be in charge of 1-minute stretching at the beginning of the class and during the lesson ask him or her run your errands, like open the window, hand out and collect the books.
The very moment you notice some students talking, come to their desks and just calmly put your hand on the shoulder of one of the troublemakers. Do not scold them
Whenever your students succeed, celebrate it! Celebrate good results for the test, celebrate when everybody has done homework, celebrate when no one is late for the lesson, to say nothing about birthday parties!
