Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm are the world-famous storytellers. The first edition of the collection, which contents 86 fairy tales, was printed in only 900 copies. Then the circulation began to grow rapidly. The influence of the Grimm brothers' tales was enormous. From the first edition these wonderful stories earned the favor of the children's audience. Since 2005, a collection of fairy tales of these German writers and collectors of folklore appears in the international UNESCO Memory of the World Register. Illustrated by Nataliia Gerasymenko.
