I try to be polite and helpful at all times, trying to meet people half away always. But maybe sometimes I should me more forceful, more assertive and convincing. I try to be pleasant with everyone; I don’t like having arguments with people. But being soft spoken with every one may lead to hamper the work. Sometimes I feel that I should have persisted in my opinion.
