After school, teenagers have homework, hobbies, or other activities. How they manage their time can affect their free time and how relaxed they feel. Spending time with friends and doing hobbies can positively affect emotions and energy. Eating healthy snacks and drinking water also helps students stay healthy even on busy days.
Even small routines, like going to bed at the same time, have a big effect on overall health. Teenagers who ignore routines may feel tired or less motivated. Following a daily routine keeps both the body and mind fit and healthy, and helps balance study, hobbies, and rest.
